The Beauty Benefits of Water

Water has many health benefits to the body. Drinking at least 6 glasses of water would help make our skin look clean and youthful. It hydrates our skin. Without enough hydration, our skin would look old and dull.

Water also helps wash away toxins from our body. It is recommend to drink enough water daily in order to avoid infection in some organs of the body. Water is good for our liver and kidneys and would help prevent the development of some health diseases.

As an after meal drink, coke is not advisable as it contains caffeine that is not healthy for the body. Water is still best to have healthy organs and a healthy body.
