Nothing beats thirst and adding moisture to your skin than drinking enough water everyday. Water flushes out toxins in the body and adds moisture to a dry, aging skin. Drinking at least 6 glasses of water daily will give a big difference.

Yoghurt is not only useful for weight loss but is also good for your skin. Rubbing it all over your body left for 5-10 minutes will give you softer and well-moisturized skin all day. Using it everyday will greatly improve the appearance of your skin. If you want to look lighter, you can always slice a lemon and squeeze it into a few tablespoons of yoghurt. Apply the mixture to your skin and leave it for 10-15 minutes. With continued use, you will notice a lighter, softer and clearer skin in a week or two.
