Every woman wants to have that beautiful, shiny hair that other women would envy. A woman’s hair is her crowning glory and to have such beautiful and shiny hair would truly make her totally attractive. A beautiful face with dry, brittle and tangled hair will not be much appreciated by people around her but a woman who has an average beauty but has that luscious, seductive hair would truly stand out.
How can one achieve a shiny, healthy looking hair? Being beautiful does not happen overnight. One has to work for it too. Even beauty queens and international personalities have their daily beauty rituals. In order to achieve that beauty that everyone is dreaming for, extra effort on the part of the person is necessary. 1) Condition your hair regularly. Just like our skin, our hair needs constant moisture. The heat of the sun, the harmful substances that our hair encounters everyday and the cigarette and other smokes that it gets daily are just some of the factors that would make our hair dry and ugly. 3) You are what you eat. Yes, the kind of diet we have affects greatly to the condition of our hair. A diet more on fruits and vegetables will make your hair look healthier and shinier.

5) Take supplements like Vitamin E and C as they have necessary nutrients for healthy skin and hair. Vitamin E and C are antioxidants that may counter the harmful effects of the toxins to the human body. Antioxidants make your cells healthy.
