Be Beautiful Naturally

Big cosmetic companies make a fortune annually by selling products to us to make us look better. However, sometimes it isn’t necessary to buy those products, as there are other ways to get the same beautiful looks. Here are some homemade beauty recipes and also some good tips, even some that Grandma used to tell me.
Coffee Scrub for Cellulite Reduction: You could spend lots of money on special cellulite creams and lotions that claim they’ll make your hips and thighs smooth and supple again, or you could use your old coffee grounds. The caffeine draws out the excess moisture and impurities, helping to smooth out your skin. Simply brew a pot of coffee, then put the coffee grounds, along with about a tablespoon of salt, into a bowl, and mix them. Use the mixture to scrub your problem areas while in the shower, but do use them within a half hour or so while still fresh.
Sleep Tight: Your sleep position really does make a difference in your appearance. If you sleep on your back, you may prevent breakouts and facial wrinkles. Be sure to get your full eight hours of beauty sleep as well.
Water, water, everywhere: To keep your skin looking moist and dewy, you must be sure to hydrate it from the inside. Drinking at least eight glasses of water per day are a must.
Elevate to alleviate: If you have dark circles under your eyes, sleeping with your head elevated, by using several pillows or a special wedge created for acid reflux sufferers, can help.
Wear the right size: Many women are in denial and refuse to buy clothes that fit when they have gained weight. The excess weight will look much worse stuffed into too-tight clothing.
Posture is Important: Standing or sitting up straight will make you look slimmer. Likewise, a low heel will help your posture more than wearing flat shoes.
Less is more: Caking on make-up does not make you look younger. In fact, too much makeup clogs your pores and actually makes you look older and almost cartoonish. A smile, though, can light up your face and make you look years younger.
Exfoliating Sugar Scrub: A homemade sugar scrub can be made by mixing together 2 cups of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and a teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract. Mix it up in an airtight food grade container and keep it close to the shower so you can scrub and exfoliate for the smoothest skin ever.
